Mirimiri/Romiromi

​

Mirimiri is the energetic and spiritual exchange within a session the whitiwhiti kōrero, connection and intuitive guidance that works with what is held in the wairua and/or energetic spaces.

Romiromi is the physical bodywork, using intentional pressure and touch to release trauma, stress and pain stored in the tissues. Together, they support balance and realignment ā wairua, ā tinana, ā hinengaro, ā ngākau.

Taiawa Steaming

Taiawa steaming is a traditional healing practice of Māori and indigenous women everywhere, that uses the gentle warmth of herbal steam to cleanse, open and restore balance within the whare tangata and the body as a whole.

The steam carries the properties of carefully chosen rongoā, to support physical release, energetic clearing and emotional recalibration. It is both a grounding and spiritual practice, and ritual that supports wāhine to reconnect and reclaim their bodies and their sacred spaces.

Kōmirimiri Pregnancy

Hapūtanga is a sacred healing space that supports māmā to reconnect deeply with her body and build trust in its innate wisdom.

It focuses on strengthening the bond between māmā and her pēpi, while gently clearing emotional barriers and energetic blockages that may distract from her primary kaupapa of creation.

This mahi prepares her wairua, hinengaro and tīnana before her Rangatīra arrives, helping to clear whakapapa pathways and ready her for birth.

It supports her to stay grounded, connected and clear with her pēpi, regardless of the relationship, environmental or life dynamics she may be navigating.

Blessing & Clearing of a Whare / House

Whare Blessing is a residential service that gently clears and resets the energy of your home, especially where there has been unease, heavy activity, conflict, grief or simply a lingering feeling that something needs to be released.

This mahi restores balance, lifts old energies and re-anchors the space so it feels safe, peaceful and aligned for those living within it. It is a sacred process that honours the history of the whare while creating clarity for a new chapter.

For corporate spaces or property developments, this work requires prior consultation and negotiation to ensure the approach is appropriate to the scale, purpose and stakeholders involved.

An online Kōrero & Guidance Session is a safe, confidential space to connect with me from wherever you are.

It’s a relaxed but intentional one-on-one conversation for those feeling uncertain, needing clarity, wanting to talk something through, or curious about my mahi.
