No bookings needed everyone is welcome and whānau seen in the order they arrive. This space allows our tauira practitioners to grow their skills in a safe, supported environment, while offering affordable care to our community. It is a warm, nurturing and relaxed space where you simply come as you are, be held with respect, and compassion while receiving the support and you need.

 The Exchange:

$40.00 per session 

$20.00 for Students / Tauira and Kaumātua
