ACC Maternal Birth Injury Session

Service Description

This is a 1hour 20mins session and is the first appointment needed for all new Māmā accessing this service through ACC. This session provides a safe space for connection and whanaungatanga where we will discuss the whakapapa of your birth and the dynamics around it.. We will kōrero about your haputanga, your birth and anything else related or that you'd like to share. We discuss the service options and create a plan that meets your needs.. This service is about providing support to realign our māmā's back into our bodies, reclaiming our sacred places, and regulating hormones by releasing trauma and healing, in nurturing and beautiful Te Aō Māori ways. Sessions are private and are held inside the sanctuary of my studio space at Corban Estate Arts Centre. These sessions are subsided by ACC and approval must be sort from ACC prior to booking In addition our appointments require patient contribution and are required as a deposit on booking.
